Chargers 1st Pre-Season Game

I don't know about you, but I was thoroughly impressed with how Phillip Rivers handled himself during that game. Of course, it was a pre-season game, it was against the Green Bay Packers who seem totally unorganized and not ready to play football. Even still, PR showed his critics that he can get things done and look like a first class QB.

I am excited to see him play against a top ranked pass defense to see if he still has the same success as he did with Green Bay and their crap defense.

The jury is out on him until the season officially starts, but I was at the game myself and he looked like he was on a whole-nother level as far as QB's go. He is tall, athletic and has a great head on his shoulders. I was just so impressed with the 18 play 10 minute drive, that was really good to see.

Yeah that drive was just relentless. I hope he can match that drive at least once a game and just drain the defense. (wishful thinking, I know )
